ORDER PROCESSING
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
SHIPPING TIME
• Major Cities: 2–5 Business Days
• Remote Areas: 4–8 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING CHARGES
• Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
• Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected orders or campaigns.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Customers can also contact us for order updates.
FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY
For selected orders, custom orders, high-value purchases, or orders above a specified amount, Meemi Apparel may require partial or full advance payment before processing the order.
DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Meemi Apparel is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect address details.
